Shuttle service. This is why we stayed here - we were to be able to get a shuttle over to the Sahalee Country Club or a shuttle area. They only had a shuttle Monday through Thursday. On Friday they said they could drop us off but not pick us back up. So we had to drive to drop off point. Was very disappointed in their service.

Liked: I like staying here - staff is friendly, I can grab a quick breakfast and hot drink anytime. The room is clean and quiet. I like that I can park my rental free of charge. I like the discount coupon the Family Pancake House - yummy!
Disliked: I had to check out at 4am to catch a flight and the employee assigned to the night desk was new and had to call someone else to check me out. It took longer than I expected to get a receipt. (she was very pleasant & I do not blame her...but she needs more training before being left alone) No big deal but you cannot adjust the handlebars on the stationery bike in the exercise room

Disliked: the rugs on the room seems quite old it is hard to tell if it is clean or dirty, felt akward step it on it barefoot
