Liked: The comfortable bed and pillows and excellent location for the work conference
Disliked: The shower caps disintegrate when you open the packet without even getting to use them. Very poor quality.

Worth staying here just for...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Appreciated the window that would open. Pool also lovely, and staff were welcoming and cheerful. The location next to the Glen Hotel restaurant was superb - this is a LOVELY place to eat for breakfasts and dinners. We'd come again just for that reason.
Disliked: Our room (201) was extremely dark without the lights on as it was under a huge awning. I'm guessing this provides good shade in summer, but it meant that we didn't really want to spend any time in our room. We couldn't see the sky at all.

Liked: Thanks to the housekeeper who gives us enough clean towels.
Disliked: It's noisy in the morning because there is a childcare centre next to the hotel.I think the room cost was overpriced.
