Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

overall okay

Liked: Nice staff, good walking distance from the subway
Disliked: it was dusty looks like they hadn’t swept the floors, and our sheets had stains on them.

Great little hotel in the...

Liked: This is a great little hotel in the heart of the lower Eastside. Quiet, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Short walk to Katz deli and the subway. Parking garage is a block away.

One of 3 hotels which...

Liked: This hotel is very clean. You can have cafee, tea, hot water, which is not so often.Location is very good.
Disliked: I got all what I was expecting to get.

Good but not great

Liked: Helpful staff, especially Suzanne who was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and the A/C worked well.
Disliked: The location is close to other neighbourhood which is good, but this area itself is not the best. It’s a party district, the music was extremely loud on Saturday night until the early morning. My first room had a strange smell, so I had to change rooms but the second one was just fine.
