Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

Good value hotel in an...

Liked: Suzanne on staff was fantastic. As we all the stuff.
Disliked: The air conditioning filters desperately need cleaning. I could not breathe properly when I woke up each morning.

A bit too small for...

Liked: Location. Staff were nice too. Free coffee.
Disliked: The rooms are too small and a but run down. Bathroom is super clean and function well.

Very comfortable and relaxing base...

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean facilities, friendly staff (especially Suzanne on the front desk), close to Subway station, 24/7 front desk.
Disliked: Room air conditioner was noisy but it did keep the room cool during the 4 days when the outside temperature was 38°+. WiFi was an issue, however management was aware of the issue and was actively working towards a resolution.

This will be my go...

Liked: Great location near great food and shopping. Close to subway. Clean room. Very comfortable mattress. Wonderful outdoor patio with incredible city views. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was a little too small for 2 people but we made it work.

Good stay, would recommend

Liked: Good hotel in a great location. Heaps of bars and restaurants around that were buzzing. The rooms were a decent size for NY and the staff were super friendly.
Disliked: Some small stains on the bedding and the room decor was a bit odd but otherwise no complaints.
