Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

Liked: Exceptional staff.
Disliked: Rooms much smaller than depicted on photos.

Very good

Liked: Great friendly staff, the cleaning person came every day and everything was nice and proper. The room was totally fine: neither perfect nor was anything wrong with it either.
Disliked: The location was nice but we got unlucky staying during the 4th of July period. It was super noisy. On the bright side the reception lady gave us ear plugs to sleep - again thanks to the wonderful staff. I'd say AC was not sufficient. It still felt rather hot at nights. But nothing terrible.

Disliked: The neighbourhood is not very nice but you can find restaurants, shops and the metro nearby. Just keep in mind that at nights can be not so nice.

Liked: Centrally located, easy access to the subway station and clean rooms. The coffee and water station in the basement was very useful, spent every morning there

Liked: The location was good, close to the metro station with easy access to different areas in the city, lively and quite safe. The rooftop terrace was pleasant in the evening.
Disliked: The room was really small, could barely move around. There was a constant buzz from the ventilation systems of the buildings.

Liked: Staff are the best, kindest, and always willing to help.
Disliked: We are on a family trip (two adults and two kids), but the room is definitely too narrow and small for a family. It would be acceptable for a couple only. The wifi is a really bad experience.

Liked: Good hotel in general, delivered what was expected by me, good cleaning service every day, good location, good staff, Clean place, good bathroom , good bed ,
Disliked: the room is very small, need more hooks at the walls to put clothes, The key room have to be change for a modern type, I have an issue with my door room,

Nice little room

Liked: Small hotel, well located, very clean, nice bedroom albeit small. Very nicely done bathroom. No breakfast but coffee at the basement (we found out on the 2d day). Staff was nice. Terrace to chill out.
Disliked: No internet! Disaster…
