Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

Liked: Exceptional staff.
Disliked: Rooms much smaller than depicted on photos.

Very good

Liked: Great location, safe neighbourhood. Subway station is just a 2min walk away. Clean rooms, very nice staff.
Disliked: The room was a bit tight with big luggages.

Very good

Liked: Location is amazing - everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and bed was comfy.
Disliked: They charged me 50$ deposit when I checked in, that I am still waiting to get back.

Nice, clean, good vibes neighborhood.

Liked: Bary helpfull staff. Terras with a view.
Disliked: Loud ventilation on the back side of the hotel that can be heard in the room.

Not pleasant

Liked: Overall decent room but not a good experience
Disliked: Lock didn’t work at the room so had to stay put throughout the stay. Staff tried moving us to another location but we didn’t find it a comparable switch. So decided to stay the night.

Staff made it great but...

Liked: Clean, exceptionally friendly staff. Great location close to subway.
Disliked: Our first room was teeny tiny which would have been challenging for a couple for several nights, but due to broken TV we moved to a 2-bed room which was better, although still small.
