Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Advertised continental breakfast and they do not do that; they have ice bucket and glasses but no ice machine or vending machine.

Emergency reservation for my daughter and friend. Needed to drop things early before appointment - girls got there a bit after noon time and staff were ready and waiting for them! Thank you so much for making their amazing opportunity just a bit more special.

Liked: Exceptional staff.
Disliked: Rooms much smaller than depicted on photos.

Liked: The bathroom was very clean and the area is very lively. The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: there weren't towels in the room nor the shower mat (I think there were 2 small towels only) The bathroom products were replaced daily however the body wash wasn't ever replaced. I didn't ask for another one, but I noticed that it wasn't replaced.The room is smaller than it looks. the space to get to the elevator is a bit rundown

Disliked: TV did not work, room on the groundfloor means you hear all people coming home late speaking in front of the elevators, wifi sub standard, had to use for professional meeting roaming connections from Switzerland, no info on breakfast -I knew there was none, a bathroom shower that floods the bathroom with not even a basic instrument to list it.

Disliked: The room was small, but for the price and location it was expected

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. They propose morning coffee for free which helps to wake up.
Disliked: The Internet was very slow, however, the hotel proposed to reimburse part of the payment.
