A good place to base...
Liked: All the staff were very helpful. Check in was easy and didn't take up much time. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast next morning was great. There was a large collection of well cooked food on offer
Disliked: I would have preferred a room on the upper levels as we were on the ground floor and couldn't leave a window open. The room was very warm and the heating controls didn't seem to work

“Advertising that does not match...
Liked: I really liked the chef’s cooking at this hotel. The dinner was incredibly delicious.I would like to thank the housekeeping staff. They truly do an amazing job.
Disliked: When I booked the hotel for two nights, I reserved a junior suite with an ocean view. When I arrived at the hotel and was at the reception, I asked the staff to show me the room before I made the payment to ensure that it met my expectations. The staff assured me that the room had an ocean view and that it was a good room. I took their word for it. As a result, when I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was extremely disappointed, as the view was ruined by a five-meter concrete slab from the lower floor right outside the windows. Ultimately, the room’s view was spoiled, which affected my stay and overall impression. Spending two nights and paying €520 for a view of a concrete slab, in my opinion, is far too much. The room had ordinary pictures printed on canvas. In my opinion, in a room at this price, there should be oil paintings, at least by some Irish artists, rather than cheap prints.I will not return to this hotel. I wish the reception staff would listen to their guests rather than mechanically performing their duties.
