Liked: It was exactly what I remembered from years ago. I loved it then and NOTHING changed. A great stay and the staff was so friendly!!!

Liked: Nice place but I’d say it’s certainly more suited to the Ski season
Disliked: There was a power cut one night when we were out. No one was about, lifts were not working front desk closed. We’d no way of getting in, no one to tell us what was happening. Eventuality we saw a couple come out a side door and we got back in. I said it when checking out and got a shrugged shoulders that yea it happens

Liked: Confirmed reservation was not honored. We were forced to switch to another hotel with a less convenient location and less amenities. Will never book here again.
