Perfect -- but each time...

Liked: We were so impressed with Susie, the owner, when we stayed at the Red Wing a month ago, that we decided we'd make it our "go to" motel from now on whenever we visit Manitou Springs! 😊The place is like going back in time, yet with all the modern conveniences.Susie is wonderful! What a super special lady! 🧑
Disliked: Everything was great 👍.

Nice property for short stay,...

Liked: Loved the location , close to Downtown Manitou Springs, but off main drag, view of park and the mountains. Mo’s Diner and Adam’s Mountain Cafe walking distance- both w great food.
Disliked: The hotel wasn’t that busy, not sure why they placed us in a room where plumber needed to come in and do some work

great place for the $$....

Liked: we could walk to Garden of the Gods and watch the sunset. and very short drive to town

A beautiful, friendly little corner...

Liked: The owner was an absolute JOY and was incredibly helpful with area restaurants, shuttle, and attraction information. She always had a kind and joyful smile for us when she saw us coming and going on the property. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The entire hotel had a retro vibe to it and we felt like family the entire time. We will definitely be coming back.
Disliked: Would have loved for the AC to already be on when we arrived as it took awhile for the heat to go away overnight. The wifi seemed a spotty (cut in and out) when we tried to work a bit on our laptops. Wasn't awful, but it was noticable.
