Good location but not soundproof...

Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: The rooms are not soundproofed at all. You can hear your room-mates going to the toilet, talking in the corridors and walking above you. The rooms are not 100% clean - I found hair (not mine) in the bathroom.

Great stay.

Liked: Mike at the front desk was phenomenal, very friendly and welcoming, called me by first name and shook my hand, also had a welcome gift for the dog. Next time I’m in Fernie will be staying here.
