Liked: Always allowing my stay with a feeling of comfort
Disliked: Although always well rested when staying at Red Rose, like not to b next to staff cleaning room think room 33 or 34. Doors closing a lot, but do understand the duties of preparing rooms

NO HOT WATER, Bed Topper...

Liked: Everything else was ok.
Disliked: Everything was nice but the aspect that the staff made comments to me Talking down and saying things like. " You know it's a NO SMOKING" As a Facility Maintenance Engineer for Omni hotels and resorts I can promise that the hotel rooms are supposed to have (hot water).They had two lights out, leaving only one bulb on having me in the dark. Not my idea of a good stay. When I mentioned the hot water they said it must have been used up. That's it.

Liked: Close to our venue and had reasonable rates. Well built brick structures.
Disliked: 1st night it took a long time to get hot water. Next night it came faster. We just needed to learn their system.
