Disliked: I didn't what I didn't like the way I was the being treated by one of the staff members the older woman on the day shift that owns a dog that was working the front desk in the morning she was very rude to me she discriminated against me she over charged me present time I spent there she didn't give me all my deposits back she acted very prejudice towards me is like you had issues with with minorities or black people she judged my friends as of they were not good people she lied and told us accuse me and my girlfriend of white a smoking cigarettes in that room which was not true we were put on a do not rent list again and this is the second black person within the month that I know that had the same experience with this woman at the Red roof Plus she charged me $182 for one night at the Red roof plus after I had previously booked a room or online at the Red roof plus it was the wrong room number so the room had to be canceled and I was charged 182 dollars which I think was very unfair and I felt very humiliated I don't feel that that's the type of woman with her attitude and personality that should be working with customers at a hotel like that she was not very honestly and she was very manipulated he didn't smile and say hello furthermore one of the beds that I had in my room got wet somehow I don't know if it was because of due to a bladder problem or something but we were told that we were going to be put on the do not rent list because of that issue and I think that's very unfair and discord he threatened to do this to us before he even asked me found out I

Disliked: I didn't like the woman with the dog that work the day shift she seem to be very prejudice and racist toward minorities I noticed a lot of minorities that were coming through they were having problems with her she overcharged me a few times she charged me for damages that weren't true she accused my girlfriend of smoking in her room which was not true she just seem to have a very prejudice attitude towards minority like I spelled like I wasn't wanted there

Disliked: I didn't like the woman that worked to death in the morning she was very prejudiced towards me she had a racist attitude she kept over charging me she made his head $182 for a room one night after I had already got a room she lied to have smoking in the room and put me on the do not listening anymore and I didn't deserve that because I didn't do anything wrong I felt like she took extra money from me and treated my guess like they were terrible people I would have known how to file a complaint with her or if I find out how to do it I will fight with complain against this woman she doesn't deserve to be working at the front desk she's discriminates and I believe she's very prejudice towards people of color and minorities

Liked: No tissue in the bathroom room wasn't clean found a used condom and wrapper next to the night stand how was it missed if room was cleaned throughly and the bedsheets were dirty we left early didn't even stay the night very disappointed
