Liked: the lady at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: The lien was subpar. pillows were extremely flat, the sheets and comforter were ruff, the mattress was lumpy. I had the worst sleep. The towels and wash clothes were ruff and thin.

Very Convenient to DC

Liked: It had a lot around it as far as restaurants, shopping, plus a cinema right across the street. It was fairly easy to get in and out of DC from the hotel. Good public transportation with several different buses passing right in front that connected with metro lines. The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: No ice machine on the third floor even though there was supposed to be one. I had to get my key-card reset a couple times.

Liked: Only one lady who was polite at the desk who gave me cream packets and sugar for my coffee. She also had the good conscience to tell who the manager was when I checked out.
Disliked: If you reach out to them via email, ( prior to arriving) they don’t respond) There are enormous charges for this. Something bit me during the nite and on my last night there was an ongoing argument in the parking lot and room next to me. It went on for hours and I finally alerted the desk who seemed annoyed that I called. This was all after midnight, BTW.

It was overall pleasant.

Liked: Room size
Disliked: Overall it was clean, decent room and it appeared that upgrades were done, but the bathroom door was not fixed and the bathroom tub, bedroom rug area and vanity area (floor and ceiling) needed to be redone.

Liked: GREAT staff & GREAT location ! 7 mins from the harbor, 6 mins from the Raceway, and 25 mins from DC
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable at all and the rooms were a bit outdated. The fridge was not that cold either. I think the rooms are overpriced, but cheap enough for 2025, lol !
