Although this was a non smoking hotel, everyone smokes outside of their rooms so when you turn on the A/C, every room is a smoking room. When I got my key, I opened the room to find two double beds and a horrible smell. I had booked a deluxe King room so I went back to the front desk, who said that my reservation showed two double beds. I told her there was no way I was staying in that room. Not only was it not what I booked but it also wreaked of smoke and Febreze. It left a horrible taste in my mouth. You pay for what you get and this is a cheap place to stay less than 12 hours in to see a concert at Jiffy Lube. I would not stay here for any other reason.

Close to venue but will not stay again.

Disliked: Non smoking but mattress, curtains etc. smelled of strong smoke; no blowdryer; no iron or ironing board; only one set of towels.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Disliked: I kept having disturbances late I to the night due to another guest attempting to get into my room. The night guard & staff were helpful in assisting that guest to the correct room. Even though the situation was taken care of well, I remained uneasy trying to sleep the rest of the night especially since I had a work training quite early the next morning.

Liked: Location was good, room was clean, but could use some repairs.
Disliked: Stairs were dark and in need of cleaning. Trash cans were full and had bees flying around them.

Bad

Clean room, great value.

Liked: Pros: Room was updated and clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Price was right.
Disliked: Cons: Very little parking. No way to have a bath, as they changed the plumbing hotel-wide recently, and the update didn’t include a way to plug the drain.
