Liked: I like that this is an affordable accommodation located close to my destination. It is clean and comfortable enough to suit my needs.
Disliked: I have stayed here several times, but will never do so again. I booked a poolside room through Booking.com; however, when I arrived to check in, the manager refused to give me the room I had booked, stating that the poolside room rates were higher than what I paid on Booking.com. He said that Booking.com was advertising the wrong rate. Booking.com does not set rates....the hotel enters the rates that they desire. But still, the manager blamed Booking.com and refused to give me the room that I reserved.

Liked: It’s my third time in this hotel. The personal is very friendly the room was clean
Disliked: Maybe need some repair something in the rooms or some areas of the hotel

Liked: Room was clean all bedding and towels clean and size not to bad.
Disliked: The people next door to us having a party out on the walkway till 04:30. Even thought there were security cameras at each end no staff came and stopped this.

Disliked: Dirty and smelly air conditioning. Insufficient kitchen equipment. Dirty bathroom. Constantly triggering alarms in the hotel. Walking pets
