It was on a good...

Liked: The breakfast was nice. But I don't care for powder eggs. The location was very nice and close to all your shop.
Disliked: The bed sheets was stained and bed covering had holes in it. Wash clothes is hard on your face. .not enough wash clothes in the room. Because I like a wash cloth for my face and one for the body. So it was me and my husband. So it wasn't enough . Need new pillows. But the room smells awful so we went and brought air freshener. To sit in the room.

Disliked: We showed up one morning after the hotel we had originally booked didn't provide a room as described. The staff at Red Roof was truly exceptional — so kind and helpful. The pool was definitely a big plus. We’ll be back for sure!Thank you again for saving our stay in Knoxville!

Disliked: Trash still in basket TV remote broken; need to manually turn on TV and change HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 to watch TV Watery OJUnusual access to street; somewhat confusing on map

Most excellent. Would stay again

Liked: Room was cool and clean . Breakfast wad good. Bed was comfortable. And my pup slept free. Big plus. She slept on her bed on the floor !!@
Disliked: People smoking around entrances.

I Like to get what...

Liked: I didn't like walking up the steps. Due to health problems, no elevator also, carry my suitcase up stairs the bathroom could be a little cleaner. Other than that, everything was fine. Bottom what i didnt like
Disliked: The rooms are super big comfort bed and the outside Lit it up.w/ light i always feel comfort been there. But like to get what i paid for and asked down stair room Top what i did like
