Disliked: Musty.Housekeeping hadn't been done for weeks.Trash under the bed. Bed bug stains on bed. We kept the room a couple hours to find another place to stay.

Liked: Just 2 hours checked in they charge me extra I’m so disappointed
Disliked: I said, I’m gonnna leave early because I had to journey but still the reception charge me extra.

A convenient stop on Route...
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located as a stopover along Route 66, making it a practical choice for travelers on the road. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and communication pleasant. The mattress provided a comfortable night’s sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was adequate,enough for a decent rinse after a long day of driving.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several concerning issues. While taking a short walk to find food, I felt uneasy due to the large presence of individuals begging on the street, which made the area feel unsafe. After showering, I noticed the bathroom floor became very wet, and the cleanliness was appalling….the shower mat turned black from the filthy floor as I wiped the water up . Most disturbingly, I spotted what appeared to be excrement on the door frame near the toilet, suggesting someone may have used it for support while getting up. This level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. Compared to other motels I’ve stayed at along Route 66,many of which were in cleaner and safer locations this property did not represent good value for money.

Don't stay in this horrible...
Liked: It was a place close to our destination.
Disliked: It was horribly dirty, with large chunks of mold.No toilet paper! Linens were stained and worn out, only two towels for three elderly adults. I can't remember a time when I felt trapped in an utterly unacceptable situation. (We were so tired from our traveling that we couldn't seek another motel!

You get what you pay...
Liked: Calm area, lobby staff helpful.In a nice Italian neighborhood with nice restaurants.Close to the beautiful park with free museums and zoo.Can take bus 90 to metro station though better have a car for flexibility.Good internet.
Disliked: Room smells like smoke all the time and all of our clothes smelled as such!!Sink leaks, One of the bed lamps does not work. Staff entered the room in our absence and emptied the garbage without us asking them to do so.
