Liked: I can't really leave a proper review...arrived to the hotel after a bad storm and the power was out around 6 pm. Couldn't check in was told they couldn't do anything, they took my name and number. Waited with 3 kids until 11:30 pm and still no power so I had to take them to a different hotel 13 miles away, most every else was booked that night. I called the next morning to see if power was restored, it had been...but my reservation for the next two nights had been cancelled?!?! WTH...just cancelled and they never called me to see if I still wanted my reservation. That was very annoying and made my trip difficult having to scramble and get new rooms somewhere else. Lucky I booked through booking.com and they cleaned up the mess.
