Liked: Everything was brand new! It was super-clean, quiet and Nor was so helpful; remote control, directions, recommended eateries, set a/c, wake-up call, open at 1a.

Liked: clean room, I was in town for an event and the front desk allowed me to store my bag the day the morning of until check in time, he even called me a taxi to get to my event at the Wells Fargo Center. Uber from the airport was $20.
