Disliked: Everything was good just wish the pool was open.

Disliked: There’s was only one staff member running the facility, I waited in the lobby over 25 mins to check in

Disliked: Had a to special request and asked at booking to arrive slightly early, no response all week before my arrival. Went and found something to do with my kids.Then the room wasn't even ready at normal arrival time.Room was not what I expected by the pictures of the room option I booked, was not the bigger spa tub i'm bigger woman could not move or really even fit.No usb plug by the outlet could not charge my phone or my kids tablets.Entrance exit from the parking lot, not the lobby propped open in the night, people chuckle, and good old time in the parking lot should have had a key card to come back in. But felt unsafe here with kids, cause the door was a propped to open anyone and everyone can come in without a key card

Never staying here again.
