Won’t be returning

Liked: Location.
Disliked: added an extra night and was charged twice for that night and I was told a refund was issued but instead of refunding the money, it came out of my bank account instead and charged me.

Exceptional

I would stay again

Liked: I like the location. It was close to everything that I wanted to do. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, It was also quiet which I enjoyed.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like about the property except there could be more parking. The only thing I can think of is, this is the second time that I’ve stayed there and each time my key was deactivated after my first night when I paid for two, and when I went to get it fixed, the was just kind of rude about it

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable,and airport shuttle doesn't start early enough

Pleasant stay

Liked: Great location near the airport. Comfortable room.

Passable

Disliked: No breakfast served anymore and it's supposed to be a smoke free property but that is not enforced at all

Disliked: People outside partying at 3 in the morning. Only happened once.

Liked: It was close to the airport and I needed a place to crash before I continued on my journey
Disliked: I was concerned that the person at the front desk looked at my reservation, but then tried to charge me for the room when I’ve already paid for it in advance. I’m not sure what he was looking at, but I would assume that the reservation showed it was paid. It worked out OK, but it caused me anxiety since I was down to fumes on my cash. in fact, the $50 incidental deposit was unexpected and I ended up not being able to eat any dinner because of it.
