Liked: Usually a good place to stay. Not this time.
Disliked: Staff not paying attention charged my card again for room fee.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and welcoming
Disliked: A lot of activity

Liked: Cheaper, close to work.
Disliked: Towels had marks and hair. Shower curtains and bedsheets have smell and stains. Housekeeping doesn’t clean room. They just ask you what you need at the door and they will give towels or soap.

It’s for shelter people

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It smelted like mold in each room we tried everything is outdated and broken elevator and tv we had to used the stairs for our entire stay

Disliked: The room has no ventilation system or windows and the bathroom has one but it’s not working The room has no mini fridge.

Bed bugs Room 129 do...

Liked: Location location location.
Disliked: There were a ton of bed bugs. I had heard about bed bugs before but never had seen them. I have stayed at that hotel many times and never seen them. Room 129 . I will never stay at that hotel again.
