Brought girls to see BTR. They had a blast and I got to relax poolside. Very enjoyable.

Liked: Quiet; informative; nice pool area.

Close to Comcast; clean. Add the Great Woods shuttle service for a perfect concert experience.

Liked: Close to venue.
Disliked: Check in was 3 but we were left standing at counter until 4.30 because rooms were not ready. Rooms were dirty - found underwear and condom under bed from previous guest. Elevator and surrounding hallways very dirty.

For a hotel that makes most of its money from the Comcast Center's customers, it should provide shuttle service for you, for a small fee.

Liked: Late check out of 12:00 and coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: Gave us the number to a crappy taxi company and I had to search for a ride to the concert via Yelp. The shuttle service I found on my own was amazing!

Overall a good experience.

Liked: Not enough full size towels in room - bath towels were the size of a hand towel.
Disliked: Quick check in and check out; friendly staff; super close and convenient to the Comcast Center.
