When I was leaving I locked a few items in prior to getting them out. When I went to the housekeeping room on the first floor the three ladies' attitude was like we cannot do anything for you, just get out of here. They motioned for me to go to the office for assistance. On the way towards the office I came across Jeff and he helped my wife and I. I appreciate Jeff's help.

Liked: Jeff (Veteran).
Disliked: Cleaning staff from first floor.

Value for money option close...

Liked: Nice hotel near the airport.. Convenient bus stop close by. Comfortable stay, late night check in was available.
Disliked: None

Passable

For the price it was...

Liked: Its close to airport, easy to navigate and check in.
Disliked: Few stains and moldy spots, other than that it was clean and worth the price.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: Roaches, Rude Asian/ American heavy set front office girl very rude and unprofessional. Damage throughout the room and drawers to each dresser was bubbled up and stained. Bathroom door damaged at bottom, tub was peeling. I took pictures of everything.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean and in proper living conditions and the young girl manning the front desk in the evening is beyond unprofessional and cuts you off when speaking. She needs less attitude and proper customer training.Having to kill roaches and a few spiders wasn't in my to do list either for this stay.
