When I was leaving I locked a few items in prior to getting them out. When I went to the housekeeping room on the first floor the three ladies' attitude was like we cannot do anything for you, just get out of here. They motioned for me to go to the office for assistance. On the way towards the office I came across Jeff and he helped my wife and I. I appreciate Jeff's help.

Liked: Jeff (Veteran).
Disliked: Cleaning staff from first floor.

I want a refund. Cause...

Liked: Location was decent
Disliked: The fact we had guests who didn’t mind their business accusing me and my guests making noise, which we weren’t. Even called the cops on us and we was not making noise. They were just a bunch of privileged/lame guests just starting trouble. I ended up leaving and not staying my entire stay.

Disliked: Loud a/c, not enough towels, lamp didn’t work, they charge a $30 deposit which is returned supposedly, but why charge it?
