When I was leaving I locked a few items in prior to getting them out. When I went to the housekeeping room on the first floor the three ladies' attitude was like we cannot do anything for you, just get out of here. They motioned for me to go to the office for assistance. On the way towards the office I came across Jeff and he helped my wife and I. I appreciate Jeff's help.

Liked: One staff not very friendly, the other, very friendly
Disliked: They ask you for a deposit, but do not refund it in full. No reason was given, and we cannot think of one, as we are non smokers and did not steal a towel.

Overall convenient, quiet and affordable

Disliked: No remotes until night before we left, felt like staff was kinda rude too

Disliked: Beds we're hard, air didn't work, hair dryer caught on fire, smoking area was full of pot smokers.

10/10 would highly not recommend
