Conveniently close to Emo's and easy to get to after the concert. Staff was very nice and friendly. The room smelled like rotten fish, but we were so tired we fell asleep anyway. Excellent water pressure is always a plus!

Liked: Place to crash after the concert.
Disliked: Smelled like rotten fish.

I complained about the lack of hot water and the dripping and was not offered a refund or an apology. Will never stay again - one star is too good!

I wouldn’t stay there again....

Liked: It’s very close to downtown. It was very quiet inside the room.
Disliked: They had black mold all over the bathrooms. It looked like someone had bleed out under the sink. The entire building smells very strongly of bubbles. The beds were not comfy and had two little pillows.

Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: The hotel is located off the access of I 35 close to where I work so it was convenient. The customer service was amazing. The ladies at the front were so nice and accommodating and best of all they were efficient at check-in. I asked for a first floor room and I was able to get it and actually I asked through booking.com and they actually obliged my request I really appreciated that. especially since I was traveling by myself. it was nice that they put me close to the front desk. I felt safe.
Disliked: Not that I didn’t like it. It just has one way in one way out. there’s no back entrance where you could go in so you had to go through the busy access road but wasn’t terrible.
