Conveniently close to Emo's and easy to get to after the concert. Staff was very nice and friendly. The room smelled like rotten fish, but we were so tired we fell asleep anyway. Excellent water pressure is always a plus!

I complained about the lack of hot water and the dripping and was not offered a refund or an apology. Will never stay again - one star is too good!

Qualify stay at low price....

Liked: We book a 2 Queen suite and it did not disappoint. The room is spacious and clean. It came with 2 beds and a comfy sofa bed, They even gave us a "Premium Room gift bag". The hotel is in a safe area next to the freeway alongside many other hotels. It is close to downtown and just 12 minutes drive to the Airport. For the quality and the price, this place is a steal.
Disliked: The bathroom is dated. There were loud banging noise from other rooms but it stopped around 10pm.

Disliked: One of the two elevators worked only sporadically. I was expecting complimentary soap and shampoo to be provided in the bathroom, and was surprised to find there was only a single bar of soap (for both the shower and washstand), and no shampoo.

Disliked: Safe didn't work at all. Lighting & decor were quite dismal. AC was too cold and hard to manage.
