Liked: The hotel has a black mold problem, the rooms are not clean, there was a ton of dust everywhere. Most of the front desk staff are rude and were more interested in arguing rather than being helpful. I was very turned off about the high level of noise.
Disliked: This hotel and the staff are terrible.

Liked: Good location, convenient to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Friendly staff. No frills, but everything met expectations and had a good experience. Would recommend.
Disliked: Room is a little dated and bathroom wasn't in great shape. Room was a little loud from the people staying above us.
