Liked: The bed
Disliked: They had needles outside of my room was very uncomfortable

Passable

Liked: Price was very good $--per night
Disliked: People were coming into the office like a stream of ants demanding their money back. Nothing using water worked. Our toilet leaked all over the bathroom. Several people's toilet wouldn't flush. Some had no water at all. There were stains on the sheets.

Liked: Convenient to freeway. Staff was very nice. Pet stay is free.
Disliked: Elevator is broken and has been for some time. Pillows were terrible (basically like putting your head on a pillowcase) and didnt have any extra ones.

Liked: The room was clean the front desk staff and maintence personal were good.
Disliked: I booked a handicap assessable room. when we got there the fan in the bathroom didn't work but thry fixed that, also the pice that holds the hand held shower head eas put on bsckwards, they fixed that The toilet wouldn't flush they fixed that. . There was no shower stool . I forgot to mention thatto the front desk. The last three nights between the hours of 3:30 am and 4:00 am it was so noisey we couldn't sleep, Loud rap music playing in someones car Loud enough to make the windows shake.We couldn't understand why the managemnt didn't stop it. And it was hard afterward too get back to sleep after whoever it was finally left, there was a barking dog and many other noises.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Well lit, quiet, great location, very clean.
Disliked: No microwave available

Disliked: I paid $---online for this room and had a $50.00 incidental charge when checking into the room.

Disappointed and not a good...

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: We only had ONE washcloth. The next day when they cleaned the room, the left again ONE wash cloth. We went back down stairs to get some and was given one and said they were out of washcloths. This was the weekend, really. We registered as two adults. No ice bucket. I tried to call front desk and the phone was not working. I picked up the phone and there was not telephone cord AT ALL. The toilet handle was broken and the toilet seat was needing replacing.
