Friendly, clean, and great location...

Liked: The provided additional towels and washcloths since there were 4 women in one room!
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty limited with no fruit and no actual healthy options.

Very good

Disliked: Floor standing lamp is difficult to access switch. There was only one comfortable chair to sit in. Bathroom exhaust vent did not remove moisture from showering; mirror was filled with condensation. The fridge did not have a freezer to re-freeze our travelling 'blue ices'.

Pleasant

Liked: The location near the Erie canal trail for running was great and the eggs and yogurt for breakfast was fine. Check in was efficient. Good to have a microwave and fridge.
Disliked: $190 for a meh room with fair water pressure in the shower.
