Liked: Updated room with dispensers in bathroom vanity and shower. Coffee in reception and refrigerator, plus microwave make my stay just perfect. Darlene made my check in experience awesome.

Disliked: It was very dirty, the walls and corner of the floors were dirty, refrigerator was dirty and had a bad smell to it. The room overall smelled bad when you first walked in.

Need to speak to management....

Liked: The price was fair. Close to interstate, stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Cleanliness... Linens were dirty, not changed, room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Urine on wall behind toilet. Floor had dirt on it. I took pics and tried to show only guy that was working and he told me that he didn't need to look at them because there was nothing he could do about it anyways. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me no one else was there n he just handed me a business card and said you can call them and leave message, which I did but I still haven't gotten a response. I cannot believe that I paid for a room , but got a really filthy room . Also, I went to office to get coffee in morning but there was a note on coffee machine saying, coffee broke, can't use.

Disliked: The office was rude and disrespectful when we called,the room we had at first looked like someone was staying there still then they gave us a new one the room they gave us wasn’t clean, the floors were nasty and had stuff all over them, the beds were stained and nasty,the sheets and blankets had stuff all over them, the microwave was broke, the bathtub and shower had stuff all over it and the mirrors were hanging off the wall then there was people being completely loud for no reason at 7 am running up and down screaming at there dogs and kids I would honestly like a refund I didn’t like this hotel at all they also told me I had until 12 the people who clean the hotel kept coming before 11am telling me I needed to pack and need to sign out.
