Smoke smell everywhere

Liked: People at the desk were very nice. They helped me as much as they could (for example setting the thermostat) and provided good advices on the area. Also, they were making sure that my stay was perfectly well.
Disliked: The most terrible was the smoke perfume in the room. Even if it is a non smoking hotel, tobacco smell was everywhere.The hotel should be improved. The shower head was leaking in the room 124, the door was very rusty and I could feel the cold outside air going inside the room. The mattress was very old and one spring was popping outside of it.

Liked: Anyone can get to your privacy and it’s fine with the hotel

Liked: The location was good for where my event was being held.
Disliked: There were no queen beds available which that's what I paid for.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The chair in our room was old and missing fabric, the tub kept clogging and drinking slow, the tub was peeling and keot coming iff in our feet. We didn't have a smoke detector. And our shampoo n lotion bottle was used they were almost empty.

Disliked: Door handle and lock were broke Toilet was broke

Liked: Nothing worked and both rooms smelled bad like and pee and smoke very dirty and unclean floors hair was in the bathroom
Disliked: Everything nothing worked rooms were dirty
