Room had broken door lock--dangerous...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: They gave me a room with a broken door lock! UNSAFE + FIRE HAZARD.When I arrived, they gave me a keycard. I went to use it, and went to turn the knob, and it wasn't opening. I walked back to the lobby and asked the staff about it. The woman behind the counter said, "Oh yeah, that's the room with the bad door." She walked me back to it and then proceeded to show me how I have to push down hard on the knob after swiping the key, pull the knob downward, and then tug it open. I am a 128 pound woman. I had to put all of my body weight down on the knob to open it, it was that difficult. And it would take me three swipes of the card to even get the reader to register so I could go through the ridiculous process of slamming my body against the knob to get the door open. When I would try to leave the hotel room, it was also difficult. I would have to push all my body weight against the knob to get it open FROM INSIDE. What if there was an emergency and it didn't open? A fire, perhaps? Also, if the lock is bad or faulty, couldn't someone break in more easily?I asked if I could get a different room, and the woman said there would be no guarantees. So they knowingly put me in a room with a bad lock, didn't give me other options, and acted like this was acceptable. That room should not be available until the lock is fixed. Period.I felt very unsafe the whole night I was there. Glad I only booked one day.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was big
Disliked: There was no shampoo and lotion in the dispensers. I couldn't open the doors. They were hard to open. There was old old soap stuck in the drain in the shower. The cooler was so noisy I couldn't sleep. The floors were filthy like they haven't been mopped

Liked: That it was quiet
Disliked: The door didnt close properly had to force it shut, also the fact that 2 people kept digging in the trash can right next to our window was upsetting
