Liked: The tv had streaming options.
Disliked: There was an extremely hostile and unprofessional front desk clerk working the overnight shift (11pm–7am). He was Hispanic and made openly racist comments, including saying he didn’t trust “me or my kind.” He kept the front desk gate down even when present, creating an intentionally unwelcoming atmosphere. Most disturbingly, I witnessed him physically assault a guest with bear spray while on duty an act of violence that should never happen in any hotel. His behavior made it feel unsafe to ask for help or approach the front desk at all. This is a serious safety and discrimination issue that needs immediate attention.
