Unacceptable….

Disliked: I had originally booked this room for my husband, unfortunately my husband was unable to make the trip so we gave the room to our friend. Upon check in apparently the clerk at the front desk gave our friend the wrong room key. Approximately an hour after check in our friend heard a bang at the door immediately followed by yelling that it was the police and he was instructed to open the door. Once the door was opened he was immediately handcuffed and told he was being arrested for trespassing. He is an older man and was very upset as he should be. The front desk had called the police and informed the police he had broken into the room. The front desk made an error and gave him the wrong room key - this same clerk called the police. Once the error was discovered our friend was released. They apologized for the error and promised him a refund. To this day no refund was ever made to myself or our friend.

Liked: The staff is great some stand out more then others but all where good
Disliked: I love this place and it makes me feel like I was missed when I came back
