Never going back.

Liked: The staff was next level amazing and incredibly friendly.
Disliked: There was a used Condom outside our hotel room door and I was with my young daughter. The sheets were covered with stains and to be fair, it looked like a crime scene, just dirty.

Disliked: My friend lost his AirPod there. We called many times, but nobody seemed willing to help.

Clean, comfortable, kind and fair.

Liked: The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. They use good quality pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. The heat and the A/C work very well and run quietly. The motel policies are fair and clear. The manager is kind and fair. The staff is pleasant, kind and competent. They know their jobs well and have a sense of loyalty to duty.
Disliked: It could be closer to the university by bus, but the city bus stops across from the motel on Stone goes downtown where you transfer to the university bus. All city buses are currently free.
