Disliked: Had to book another property to stay in Room not clean smelled of dogs or animals Drinks still in room Came from out of town and just didn’t feel safe in facility Called and talked to someone on phone and tried to charge me triple that I still had to pay for even though I didn’t stay there And desk clerk was rude

Disliked: Tv was messed up. 2 refrigerators in the room, and when we opened one a horrible smell came from it.

Incredibly disappointing and dirty

Liked: The women at the front desk that night was very kind and understanding.
Disliked: The room I booked was smoke free but smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke when we walked in. It was triggering my allergies so I asked for another room. This room was also very stinky of cigarettes and there were dead bugs in the bed and the bathroom and kitchen area were dirty. We ended up sleeping in our cars. Really horrible experience
