Disliked: Tv was messed up. 2 refrigerators in the room, and when we opened one a horrible smell came from it.

Incredibly disappointing and dirty

Liked: The women at the front desk that night was very kind and understanding.
Disliked: The room I booked was smoke free but smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke when we walked in. It was triggering my allergies so I asked for another room. This room was also very stinky of cigarettes and there were dead bugs in the bed and the bathroom and kitchen area were dirty. We ended up sleeping in our cars. Really horrible experience

Disliked: bed was broke, refridgerator was broke and leaking all over the floor. when we told the front desk person he tried to tell us that someone left the fridge open and thats why it leaked and the bed was a different one from the other

Disliked: I didn't like how the rooms was nasty my ceiling was leaking in the bathroom excessively several spots I have pictures and videos to where me and my kids couldn't use the bathroom I would just like my money back thanks in advance
