Disliked: EVERYTHING. IT WAS DIRTY. ELEVATOR WAS SKETCHY. TV DIDN’T WORK. TOILET WAS CLOGGED. THE SHOWER DIDN’T HAVE HOT WATER.

Liked: Location was near where I needed to go.
Disliked: I picked it for the low price, location and Brand recognition. I did not need a luxury room- We were only there to sleep. I thought the bad reviews online had to be exaggerated—they weren’t. I arrived about 9:30p. My room was a Non-Smoking room. It stunk of smoke, worse than any Bar I have bee to. Like sleeping in an ashtray. Not just the room, but all of the bed linens and pillows. I called to ask for a room change, but there were no rooms available. The fire alarm chirped every 2 minutes, and the manager had to change the battery at 10pm... While he was there fixing that, we realized that the toilet had no water and could not be flushed. He said he would change our room the next day. We were in town for a wedding. At the wedding all of our cloths we took out of the suitcase smelled of smoke. I realize that sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s not. We got back to the hotel the next day about 9pm and the manager gave us a new room. That room also smelled really bad too, but not of smoke. It smelled like wet dog and dog urine. The sink faucet had a steady stream drip that ran continuously. The thermostat on the wall looked like it worked.. the display was on and you could change it… but it had no effect on the wall AC. We had to go to the wall unit to make changes and shut it off. It was nasty, I would have slept better in my truck.
