Liked: The friendly greeting by the receptionist
Disliked: It is very tired. The fixtures were broken, uneven and failing. Rain came through a hole in the ceiling. The floor felt tacky even if it appeared visibly clean. The main door had a large gap above it, so noise was even worse than expected. On checking out the reception was closed so we couldn’t tell them the issues

Disliked: I got to my room and saw that the maid didn't leave any towels other than 1 wash cloth and 1 small hand towel and 1 pillow. I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and the phone on the table wasn't even hooked up to the wall, which didn't work anyway. I tried to call the office and the call went to voice-mail. I called the corporate office and they found the number for the front desk and when they finally answered, I asked for towels and a pillow and never got any. I was getting dressed to check out and at 10:00 a.m. the housekeeper pounded on my door and demanded that I open the door or she would. I threw clothes on and opened the door to her screaming that I needed to leave the room right now and she was going to make me if I didn't. I told her that checkout is at 11 and I am a paying guest and that I would leave at 11. She stood outside my door yelling for me to hurry up and get out before she made me. Absolutely completely unexceptable way to treat anyone. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Disliked: Roach infested room did not get to stay roaches were all over very disappointed waiting to see if I can get my money back we’re there to visit a sick relative in the hospital it was difficult to find another place to rent very disappointed
