We had to pay for our room key (.75/ea)Was not told about $50 room deposit Pool was half way full and dirty (was not able to get it it)Staff at desk not professional and was very passive. They did not have clean towels and when asked for new ones, they said that they were limited.They do not offer late checkoutsRoom was on and off cold/ hot (ac kept cutting off)Refrigerator leaking and old
