Red Roof Inn Syracuse

Never will I stay there again! I normally enjoy staying at a Red Roof, but this one was atrocious!

Liked: Worse experience at a Red Roof! However, the front desk people were very nice.
Disliked: Everything! Dirty room; unkept grounds; poor housekeeping in getting needed items; full review on the Red Roof site.

Won't be back for sure....

Disliked: Finding roaches in the room in the morning

Liked: The price was ok I guess you get what you pay for
Disliked: The lock on door was broke the TV did not work the pillows were super small

Liked: Horrible is the best word I can use to describe it.
Disliked: Linens were thin. Wifi only worked near the front office. Dark room with inadequate lighting. Small television with few channels. Outdated heating and cooling. Alot of drug attics and weirdos hanging around.

Liked: Beds and pillow were very comfortable and room was spacious enough for a quick stay.
Disliked: While checking in, someone came in saying he was given a room that someone was already occupying. The front desk staff were clearly flustered trying to help us and him while also trying to answer the phone, but they weren't exactly swamped either. Otherwise check in was fine. However we got to our room and the toilet didn't work (I think the water was shut off?). Notified the front desk but maintenance wasn't going to be able to check it out until the next morning (it was really late at night so not during regular work hours). While for us we dealt with it and just wanted to go to sleep, but for others that would be extremely bad. We checked out in the morning and had no problems leaving.

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Great location for restaurants and highways.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. Dead cockroach in the bathroom.
