Very nice & clean but...

Liked: Very nice & clean. Well located.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t present. We waited 30 minutes on someone to come check us in, we rang the bell at the desk 3 times & even tried to call the location. No answer. Finally after almost 30 minutes someone came around the corner to check us in. And then he was mad and rude because we asked for 2 more towels for our room. We had 4 people in our room, only 2 towels. So we were only asking for enough for each person to have 1
