Disliked: Made the reservation far in advance and the room we rented wasn't available on arrival. No like room was presented in it's place. The desk clerk was no help either. While we were trying to check in, another couple were trying to get a refund for a room that was suppose to be non smoking that smelled of smoke. The place looked iffy as well.

Disliked: You enter and exit the property off a turnpike so coming to and leaving the property is time consuming

Liked: Nothing, your receptionist was super rude. I preordered 2 smoking rooms a week in advanced and there was none available
Disliked: Very rude receptionist. Order a smoking room, but was given one when I checked in.

Liked: the location is very convenient
Disliked: House keeping starts knocking at 10 mins to 10 am . It’s the most ridiculous thing ever. I don’t understand the hotel industry anymore . You check in at when more then half the day is gone and they want u out before u out hour on a pillow.
