NASTY, HORRIBLE ,

Liked: There was a young lady at the front desk upon arrival was very nice and pleasant also the young lady on the overnight shift that was trying to help but the manager was not nice at all and conduct bad business I will be calling the health department as well as a lawyer because he basically is stealing from me and I didn't stay at the property but the first night because so drove up 10 hours
Disliked: When I got to hotel and went to cook there was roaches & as I pulled my sheets back it was stains and very dirty I explained to manager he was supposed to to give me refund because I did not stay at the hotel and now that I am asking what's going on with the refund he refuses to cooperate with booking to return my money. I have the pictures and the recording of him saying he will give me my money but he won't respond to booking.

Disliked: The fact that the manager tried to solicit my daughter and on another day we had someone break into our rm in which I had to paid another 85 $ to get new rm smh...

Liked: Bed was comfy, price was right for last minute booking, able to get 2 rooms side by side as requested. Pretty clean. AC unit in room worked well and wasn't loud. We stayed in main Bldg on second floor facing Cracker Barrell and felt safe, no noise disturbances at night or rowdy neighbors.
Disliked: Some maintenance needs in room, shower pipes made noise, toilet paper roll holder was about falling out of wall, comforters on beds had old cigarette burns in them. Some more towels would be nice, only had 2 bath towels and 2 facecloths in each room.

Perfectly adequate for a business...

Liked: Super convenient location right off the interstate and close to Wilson. Plenty of restaurants nearby, McDonalds, Cracker Barrel, Jersey Mike's, Chick-fil-A, BoJangles, Waffle House, Taco Bell and Best-N-Burgers. Plenty of gas stations close-by too.This isn't the Taj Mahal. It's Red Roof. The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is free. AND the price is right.
