The most disappointing hotel stay...

Liked: Nothing - leaving was the best part.
Disliked: Employees not particularly friendly. Air condition was not working, the hotel was old and musty, beds were extremely uncomfortable, breakfast was a joke. cereal with a gallon of milk, waffles with no butter, instant oatmeal and grits with no hot water, juice machine broken, tables and floors were dirty.

Liked: The only good thing about this facility was it's location.
Disliked: I requested an accessible room due to my sister having a prostatic leg. I also requested a late check in due to traveling from out of state. The night clerk wasn't rude, but was unapologetic about not having the accessible room that was requested.

It’s was fine

Liked: Staff was very sweet and nice.. the room I had a roach problem nothing my shoe couldn’t fix over all it was fine I enjoyed my stay
Disliked: The roaches, the water on the floor from the front door to the elevator, it ruin my outfit… and the hallways was very hot

Disliked: I saw roaches in my room and the walls and ceilings were peeling like it was a leak somewhere

Disliked: In the 90’s with heat index of 105 degrees went to the staff and told them about the air condition the only thing they did was looked at it we were there nine days cool when u enter the room after that it was over , the pool didn’t open up till the day of the fourth they filled it up with a hose pipe that took two days to do
