Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Literally hair balls on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom, throw pillows on the beds not even full size pillows. Beds was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on , sheets were dirty. Ceiling fell out in balcony and was just left there, not safe for kids. Just felt so disgusting staying there, left after the first night. Couldn’t stomach to stay the second night.

Red Roof needs help!
Liked: The desk employee was sympathetic and understood that the rooms were not very clean. He upgraded us and gave us a more remodeled room in away from the main building. Explained that the motel is now in New management.
Disliked: I saw 3 rooms before 1 was clean enough to stay in. The driving/parking area was not able to be driven on in some areas. People were using that area to barbecue in right in front of their rooms.The first 2 rooms I looked at were so dirty that no one would want to go barefoot in, and bathrooms were stained black and drain plugs not in water drainage area.The dust, dirt, and lint were so bad that you could see it on top of the desks and dressers.The electrical wall units in the last room that we stayed in had no cover on it right above my husband's bed. On the wall at the head of the bed, there was a wire sticking out of the wall. We couldn't get a cancelation put into your booking.com because the desk confirmed our stay before I checked the room, and 5 minutes later, I went back to the office to cancel our reservation.I had that happen with your company a couple of years ago at a Comfort Inn in Killeen,(When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have the room that I chose, reserved for me and wanted to give me a less expensive room with a smaller bed for the same price. They told me that your company always overbooks at their hotel. The desk employee told us that we would be charged anyway, and I had to get my refund from booking.com.We tried and booking .com did NOT work with us! We NEVER was given our money back by Booking.com! ) My husband tells me that he won't use your company anymore because we had this problem with cancellations 2 times with 2 reservations done through Booking.com.☹️Over the years, I have normally been happy with Booking.com, but this is too much inconvenience!We stayed at Red Roof because we couldn't trust your company to refund us for an unused reservation. The desk employee did all they could with what they had to offer. Oh, breakfast was offered 7:00 to 9:00. I went down just before 9:00.

Liked: Laundry facilities did not work got frequent calls that was false..check in guy was rude. Overpriced..no continental breakfast..no eggs no bacon no yogurt..very limited breakfast
