Disliked: Bed was too hard, pillows are super small, tv wouldn’t change to a channel and the tv didn’t work.

Liked: Price and location were great. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room and facilities were pleasant and clean. Staff was helpful and nice as well.
Disliked: Dryer was not working.

Great price for total remodel

Liked: They are fully remodeling the site. We got a remodeled room. It was clean and fresh. The hot breakfast was a nice change from the basic continental breakfast.

Liked: We enjoyed our breakfast on Sunday. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The first room we were assigned was obviously not cleaned and we had to get a new room assignment. The full size toiletries were empty.

Liked: The location was nice. Price was ok. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: For one, the sheets had a dark brown stain on them. The bathroom door knob fell off just by opening the door. The room door had a gap about an inch in the bottom where we could see out. The bath tub did not retain water. The microwave wasn't plugged in to be able to use it so we had to move it to a different counter since the furniture it was on was heavy and we didn't want to scratch floors. The sliding door in the back was left unlocked before we arrived. Staff was friendly, but were unable to give us another room since every other one was being renovated.

Disliked: I didn't like the bed bugs or that when I told the staff they didn't seem concerned or shocked or even offer a refund. Because now I'm spending all this money dry cleaning all of my belongings and throwing all of my bags away. And hoping I didn't bring any home with me.
