Disliked: No elevator, we could hear everything what was going on next door, our neighbors were super loud and it was 4am - screening, arguing and slamming the door! No reaction from front desk

Very disgusting and uncomfortable

Disliked: My room had a pregnant roach in it, I called the front desk and they sent the housekeeper to take pictures. The beds were hard, the blankets were faded and stained, the floors were dusty to the point getting in bed we had dust in the bed. Couldn’t open the windows because the screen was broken.
