Liked: It was a convenient location, in the bed was actually very comfortable
Disliked: The staff was friendly, but not very skilled at their jobs. Took 20 minutes for check-in because the lady at the desk was new and had no training. Check out took 10 minutes, because a different Lady on the desk did not know how to operate the computer. In both cases, I was the only customer at the desk.The room was Very unappealing. One lamp in the room was not operable, base of the floor lamp looked like it had rusted out, and the exhaust vent in the bathroom actually fell off while we were there. The table in the room was all chewed up because they allow pets.Seems apparent that none of the money that is coming in is used on maintenance or updating. Would be hard to look someone in the eye and recommend that they stay there.
