Disliked: Staff could have been clearer about hotel policies, did not refund my deposit even though we followed all the rules and even cleaned the room ourselves before checkout

Liked: The parking lot was well lit the pool was ok
Disliked: The property was not well maintained. The rooms were not very clean my kids were walking around and their feet were black. The floors were filthy we woke up the next morning found a bedbug in the bed I have a bite mark on my ankle they said they couldn’t do anything until pest control came in and checked it out even though we brought the bed bug to the office. Staff wasn’t very friendly.
