Disappointing

Liked: Bath tub leaking, build up of iron on the drain. Floor sweat when AC turned down below 69. Trash in the hallways
Disliked: The employees, kind and responsive.

Disliked: Back door was propped open with a wet floor sign, door was supposed to be locked and only accessed by key card. There was no shower curtain in our bathroom.

Disliked: Pool closed by health dept. Room musty smell. Fire alarm chirped all night. Outside very unkempt. Refrigerator stinks. Bed sheets worn out. Bathroom door frame busted unable to shut door. Dirty carpet stairs and hall. Trash sitting in hall from rooms the whole time we were there with no one picking it up.

Liked: The hotel staff was kind, understanding, and were SUPER to work with. We love the lady who runs the 2nd floor! She attended to anything we needed.
Disliked: The hotel was run down; back door was unlocked; low lighting; smells like cigarettes; random people in halls; aluminum foil under electric burners on stove instead of drip pans, broken crack pipe under couch; shower was broken;

Liked: Room was spacious. Staff was friendly
Disliked: The mattress cover was disgusting. thankfully the linens were clean. The bathroom floor tiles was cracked and loose. The faucet was broken. we had to ask for extra towels only two big towels were provided. only one hand towel and wash cloth.

Liked: Liked the location. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen in the room was nice.
Disliked: The pool was down due to failing health inspection (indoor pool was the only reason I booked this hotel). Door was broken on a cabinet. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work. I had a whole family staying there and they only gave us two towels at first and we requested more but didn’t get more til the next day. Shower and bath tub didn’t work properly. One of the staff’s family or boyfriend was cussing her out in the parking lot when we was leaving and we kindly asked him to tone down the cuss words as we have a 3 year old and he told us to mind our own business and told us to F*ck off.
